Up for Auction is a beautiful 1971 Chevy Pickup. This truck was restored about 3 years ago and has been just driven lightly ever since.
Features
New wood Floor in the box.
New Steel Tailgate with a cover put over it to smooth out the Chevrolet.
Interior all redone and the seats are out of a 90 chevy pickup and they are power seats.
Paint was done in a pearl white and looks exceptional
Gas tank was moved from behind the seat to between the frame. Added a custom fuel door to smooth the side out looks awesome
Engine and tranny are rebuilt
Only thing we did not rebuild were the axles and transfer case they looked fine so we Just resealed them.
It has custome wheels and brand new Michelin tires and full length running boards and tonneau cover.
This pickup runs and drives great and looks awesome. The only thing wrong with this pickup is that there is a little dent in the hood up front from a rock hitting it and a rock chip in the paint.
The pickup is getting new Stainless Flowmaster Exhaust.

Chevy Camaro is a good sport, wishes Ford Mustang Happy 50th
Tue, 15 Apr 2014It was 1966 when Chevrolet launched its challenger to the wildly successful Ford Mustang, the Camaro. While the competition between the two brands was already healthy, the arrival of the Camaro set off one of the most intense, model-to-model rivalries in the industry.
That competitive spirit hasn't stopped Chevy and the Camaro from wishing Ford's iconic muscle car a Happy 50th Birthday as the Ford's April 17 anniversary rolls around. These two cars have been linked over the years, and while the rivalry took a break for a few years in the 2000s, today's competition between the Camaro and Mustang is as fierce as it's ever been.
You might recall that this friendliness when it comes to major milestones isn't too rare. Ford put on quite a display for General Motors' hundredth anniversary back in 2008. As the Camaro's fiftieth birthday approaches in 2016, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Mustang sending its best wishes to its Bowtie rival.
GM throttles back Chevy Malibu, Buick LaCrosse production over swollen inventories
Wed, 06 Feb 2013As inventory of the Chevrolet Malibu and Buick LaCrosse continues to pile up, General Motors will be idling its Fairfax Assembly Plant for two weeks, according to Automotive News. This move comes about a month after the plant was shut down for three weeks in late December and early January for the same reason. As of January 31, the GM had a 94-day supply of Malibu stock while the LaCrosse was a little worse with a 117-day supply.
Just last week, GM announced that it would be investing $600 million in upgrading this plant, but it's unclear what future plans the company has in store for Fairfax considering slow sales of both the plant's models. We do expect a refreshed and more luxurious LaCrosse shortly and an early design update for the Malibu to be announced at some point this year, although we have had no official word as to when either will happen.
