Beautiful 1970 Cheyenne 10, rebuilt by Kenny's custom trucks. Truck was taken down to rolling frame, frame blasted and painted. All new suspension with four wheel disc brakes. Chevrolet crate 502, holly blue fuel pump, serpentine belt system. A/C works and blows cold. Odometer shows roughly 82k mile. Truck was finished two years ago and has maybe been driven 2000 miles. Automatic/ overdrive transmission with B&M 3000 hole shot stall. 4.11 posi rear end. Seats are out of a 67'. 20" American Racing wheels. Fuel tank is under the bed. Truck has a 72' grille and the rearview mirror has been put on the windshield. No expense was sparred in the build of this truck. Over $55k was spent on the rebuild. Hot Wheels Camaro to make big debut at Indy
Fri, 05 Apr 2013Chevrolet handed over the keys to 33 Hot Wheels Camaro Convertible Indianapolis 500 festival cars this week. Race directors get the luxury of driving the droptops around Indianapolis in an ongoing tradition with roots all the way back to the 1960s. The stunt is supposed to remind area residents that the Indy 500 is right around the corner. The cars are our first look at the special Camaro Hot Wheels Edition in convertible form, and they are slated to head to dealers after a one-time production run. The cars also represent the first time in history full-size Hot Wheels have been offered for sale by an automaker.
The cars will be available in both the previously seen coupe bodystyle and this convertible configuration, and will feature metallic blue paint and special wheels with the iconic redline accent. Buyers will be able to choose between the V6-powered 2LT trim and the V8-powered 2SS guise.
Hot Wheels says the original Custom Camaro toy was one of the original 16 1:64-scale diecasts, and it remains one of the company's most valuable collector items today.

Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future
Wed, 19 Nov 2014The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
