The is a very clean and very RUST FREE 1977 Chevy Pick Up Short bed, extremely hard to find expecially in this condition. It is a southwest based truck, with a very smooth and reliable ride, the engine and transmission operate very effectively, no leaks no smoking, non smoking truck. the truck has been garage kept for many years. It has a very reliable transfer case with manual hubs. The tires are 33x12.50x15's. The frame is very straight and rust free, not wrecked, no cracks, and I do have a clean Texas Title in hand. As you can see, it has current Texas Inspection sticker and Plates, which means all lights, wipers, brakes, and all safety requirements are 100% effective and working. The pictures are a true reflection of the vehicle, there is nothing to hide. The under carriage is very solid, mud free, grease free, and I repeat, rust free. It has flowmaster mufflers, headers, no exhaust leaks. The clear coat in few areas needs a touch up, I must say that you can pull this truck off the trailer and take it to the friday night cruise or hang out as soon as you receive it and it will turn heads. The engine and exhaust sound extremely crisp, the throttle is crisp, and has tons of torque and horsepower.
This 1977 Chevy 4x4 is becoming harder and harder to find especially rust free. They are becoming collectors items and you will not be disappointed with this vehicle. You may say that it looks to good to be true; I will tell you that it's not, it is a true reflection of what this truck really is.

Chevrolet Captiva looks mildly refreshed and ready for family duty
Tue, 05 Mar 2013We showed you Chevrolet's major debut yesterday, the 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible, but General Motors is making a big push for Bowtie consideration in Europe, so it's also introducing the updated Captiva crossover here at the Geneva Motor Show.
While still based on the same platform as North America's fleet-only Captiva Sport (which is effectively a rebadged Saturn Vue), the Captiva is available in both five- and seven-seat iterations, and it looks far more modern. That's particularly the case with this updated model, which features revamped front- and rear ends that include restyled bumpers, grilles and LED taillamps, among other changes.
As before, the midsize Theta-platform CUV will be available in both front- and all-wheel drive, and is expected to carry a range of four- and six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. Important US programming note: Chevrolet sources tell us that America's Captiva Sport will not receive these updates.

Relatively simple tasks such as brake jobs and oil changes are difficult when you don't have dedicated driveway space, to say nothing of more in-depth repairs... like pulling an engine, for example.

New Bright creating exclusive 1:8 scale radio-controlled C7 Corvette
Mon, 04 Feb 2013If you want a new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette but can't quite save up enough pennies for the monthly payment, we have good news for you. Toymaker New Bright has pulled the covers off of its 1:8 scale remote-controlled version of the American sports car. Complete with a very detailed interior and LED headlights, this large-scale R/C is as close as most of us will ever come to having one of the menacing Chevrolet models to call our very own. New Bright still hasn't released pricing or availability, but word has it the coupe should hit the market soon.
Right now, it appears as if the C7 will hit shelves in Torch Red, though we don't know if other colors are planned as well. The good news is that New Bright isn't exactly turning its back on the old C6 - representatives say the company will continue to make its popular C6R racecar for those who prefer round taillights.
