1977 CHEVY 4X4 PICKUP TRUCK

Up for your consideration is a 1977 Chevy 4x4 Pickup.  It was reg. in Calif. as a federal truck. Being so the truck has relaxed smog requirements . The truck has over 50k miles on it but not sure at this time the exact mileage. The truck has a rare 400 small block motor in it, that produces lots of torque. This style of truck was always a classic to own and still is.  The truck belongs to my brother, and  has always kept it in excellant running condition. He has owned the truck since the early 80's.  He used it as a daily commute to work.  He installed a after market ac unit, and says it works very well. The truck  has 2 , 20 gal. saddle tanks, and a new deverter valve, so both are still in very usable condition.

Last summer the truck started using anti-freeze, for about a week, when one day the temp got hot and engine started to run rough. The truck was parked in a garage and has not run since.  We think it may have a cracked head gasket. Not really sure, this would be up to the buyer, as this is an "AS-IS CONDITION" sale. My brother has lost interest in the truck and just wants to sell it. This could be a good buy for someone who wants to put a little TLC in it and have a nice classic truck.

This truck is located in Las Vegas, Nv and the buyer would be responsible for either pick-up, transport or ?  You may contact me thru e-bay's e-mail for any questions that you may have.

Please read all the listing as this is a "NO RETURN, NO WARRENTY, AS IS SALE.

I DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS OUT OF THE COUNTRY...ONLY...THE...USA.

Minimum non-refundable deposit of $500.00 must be made upon close of auction and balance due within 3 days.  Storage of truck will only be for that time frame or truck will be relisted and a non-payment against you, unless other arrangements have been made prior.

Next-gen GM SUVs caught wearing new boxy bodies [w/video]

Wed, 15 May 2013

We recently drove the brand-new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and found it to be vastly improved compared to the outgoing model. And now that The General's pickup trucks have been squared away, it's time to focus our attention onto their passenger-friendly companions, the Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon (above).
Our spy photographers have passed along a huge smattering of photos (and a video), showing the new SUVs out testing. Both the short- and long-wheelbase models were spied, and while the overall shape of the vehicles hasn't changed all that much, we expect the updates to be substantial. In addition to new powertrain options, like GM's new small-block V8, we expect the interiors of both SUVs to get massive makeovers, providing better materials throughout their cabins and quieter, more refined environments. We even hear that some trick new suspension developments may be in store for upper-end models.
Visually, these spy shots allow us to see a couple of new details on the SUVs' front and rear fascias, including LED running lamps on the Yukon and some interesting LED taillamp treatments. Of course, the obvious third party missing from this set of photos is the Cadillac Escalade, but as we reported earlier, GM is working to further differentiate the 'Slade from the rest of the fullsize SUV lineup, and is working to make the new model "much less ostentatious."

Supercharged 2015 Chevy Corvette Z06 takes the C7 beyond the ZR1

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

The Z06 is just about everything we got in the last ZR1, but better.
After a bright-yellow false start, here is the real thing: the fourth-generation, 2015 Corvette Z06. If Chevrolet makes a ZR1 version of the C7 Corvette, it's going to be absolutely mega, because the Z06 is just about everything we got in the last ZR1, but better.

Chevy Sonic shreds like a skateboard

Tue, 19 Mar 2013

Despite the fact that the 2013 Chevy Sonic is a fun, plucky little thing - especially in ever-so-slightly hotter RS guise - it is not, in fact, a skateboard. But don't tell that to rapper Theophilus London.
In General Motors' latest spot for the Chevrolet compact, London needs to make a quick run to the store for some milk. And even though, once again, the Sonic is not a skateboard, it ollies, pops and gets air because, you know, it's just so much fun to throw around.
If this video looks familiar to you, it's because this is the full ad that we first got a preview of in Chevy's longer, full-line spot, where the brand's "Find New Roads" tagline was introduced. Scroll down to see this dedicated Sonic spot, along with the older ad, and remember, the Sonic is still - still - not a skateboard.
