Im selling my wifes 2007 trailblazer Lt this vehicle looks and runs like new has every option available in 2007 except navigation. heated leather 7 way power seats, heated mirrors, luggage rack, tow package, 4x4 part time or full time or auto option,rear heat and rear intertainment, sunroof,on star,special order paint and 18in wheels. bought this suv here in bloomfield from spilman auto, it had been hit in passenger side door,setting off curtain air bags and seat belts only. the car was professionally repaired with new passenger door and painted to match you cannot tell it was ever hit was not a bad hit looked like someone backed into it at walmart. the original inner door panel was still good and is original . the door pilar was not damaged. pryor to me it was a one owner car out of west desmoines and looked like it had never seen even rain. the frame still shines black like new, interior looks and smells like new and car runs and drives like new. im only selling because we bought a new equinox and no longer need it. the dealership wouldn't give me anything for it on trade-in because of the hit. so if im going to give it away it wont be to a dealership. so heres your change to buy a loaded 07 trailblazer LT for half price. it nadabooks for 14,200.00 asking only 7500.00 the first serious buyer who drives this car will buy it, its that nice.ask all the questions you want and come and drive it. wouldn't be afraid to drive this to California tomorrow.

Watch this time-lapse build of the Chevy SS for NASCAR
Fri, 08 Feb 2013There's only about a week left until we get our first look at the production version of the 2014 Chevrolet SS sedan, but Chevrolet NASCAR teams have been looking at the race version of the car all winter. Autoweek has posted a really neat time-lapse video showing just a portion of what it takes to build one of NASCAR's new Gen6 stock cars.
Though the video is quite brief, it does show almost the entire build process starting with just the car's nose, and it gives us a good look at how integral the template is to the final product. As a bonus, Hendrick Motorsports also provided some videos showing two of its teams performing pit stop tests over the winter. The second video shows some of the more detailed aspects of the racecar's rear end, including the stock-looking trunk cutout and a newly mandated rear bumper extension that will be used on super speedways like Daytona and Talladega.

Chevy Corvette Stingray picks up another award, this time from Automobile
Mon, 18 Nov 2013The new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has picked up another buff book accolade after capturing Road and Track's Performance Car of the Year award. The seventh-generation of America's sports car (sorry Viper, Mustang, et al.) has been named Automobile Magazine's Automobile of the Year.
Automobile's award to the Corvette over competitors is the mirror image of its rival Motor Trend, which named the Cadillac CTS its car of the year over the C7. The CTS was, according to the Automobile team, the closest contender to the mighty Stingray. Great news all around for General Motors it seems.
As for what pushed the Corvette past its distant, four-door cousin, Automobile commended its excellent, 6.2-liter V8 calling the car's performance "simply awesome" while also remarking that it is easier to drive fast than ever before thanks to steering and chassis tweaks. Following a theme set by other publications, there were also plaudits for the interior, of all things, with the buff book complimenting the car's ergonomics and material quality, while also praising the standard seats.
The 2014 Chevrolet SS sedan is for drivers who value performance above all else
Sat, 16 Feb 2013The car you see above is the 2014 Chevrolet SS, and it's important both because it is the first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan from Chevy in 17 years, and because it will be the nameplate the brand uses on NASCAR tracks all across the country starting this year.
Though it wears a name as American as baseball and apple pie, the machine was actually designed and built in Australia, sharing most of its parts with the brand-new VF-model Holden Commodore. That said, the basic chassis bits are shared with other Chevrolet models like the Camaro and Caprice Police Patrol Vehicle.
While Chevrolet is happy to sell a Malibu or Impala to anyone looking for a mainstream family sedan, but the SS is reserved for buyers interested first and foremost in performance. Most sedans sold these days are front-wheel drive, which is great for everyday driving and when the weather goes bad, but the SS is instead a rear-wheel-drive vehicle aimed at enthusiasts who love to drive and who prefer speed and performance above all else.
