This is a 1997 Chevrolet Blazer with 4 wheel drive, 4.3L V6, automatic transmission, and ZR2 suspension package. The blazer has 111,000 miles on it with only 93,000 miles on the engine. Engine was replaced with used engine at 107,000 miles. Engine has lifetime replacement warranty. Has new alternator, new radiator, new electric cooling fan, 2 new O2 sensors, new Magnaflow catalytic converter and like new tires. Paint is good with only a few dings and scratches. There is a spot on each side of the vehicle in front of the rear wheel wells that have rust. Interior of the vehicle is in like new condition. It is a very reliable vehicle. Good for a work vehicle or for new drivers. Options include: 4 wheel drive, ZR2 package, power windows, power locks, power sliding sunroof, custom 6 speaker Kenwood stereo with Kenwood CD receiver and A/C. I am the 3rd owner of the vehicle. PickupTrucks.com's latest test results in a familiar winner [w/video]
Wed, 19 Jun 2013PickupTrucks.com has gone and thrown the latest batch of half-ton pickups into a cage match to see who would come out on top. The site put the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2013 Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan through a battery of tests. Those included 0-60 miles per hour acceleration, 60-0 mph deceleration, fuel economy, a hill climb, and payload and towing. They even threw the rigs on an autocross course to evaluate overall handling. Each truck was given points based on how it scored in each evaluation.
Who came out on top? Somewhat surprisingly, the 2013 Ford F-150 walked away with the gold, though fewer than 50 points separated first and fourth place. General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.
