My wife and kids are not happy with me for listing our Blazer...but I've added to the collection, the garage is full, and it's time for someone else to enjoy this classic!
Thanks for looking at this rare 1972 Chevy Blazer CST 4X4. The Blazer is so fun, and 1972 was the last year of the best body style Chevy ever produced. We've thoroughly enjoyed taking it out on nice days for car shows and cruises through town. The Blazer comes equipped with a new 350 crate motor, aluminum intake, Edelbrock carburetor, Hooker headers, new exhaust, rebuilt automatic transmission, brand new BF Goodrich tires and many new suspension parts for improved handling. The front seats are from a late model Chevy and set up as buddy-bucket seats, so there is room for three in the front row and the driver/passenger have shoulder belts. The front seat also has a blue/black custom seat cover, which is very attractive. The second row seat is in very good condition and has a seat cover to protect the material from the sun. We've always used the Blazer as a convertible, but it does come with a white hard top.
This is such a cool Blazer and so fun to take out on the town. It is an absolute head turner every time we take it out an receives compliment after compliment. I know I'll regret letting it go but I've enjoyed it and will have fun knowing someone new is doing the same. Please do not hesitate to contact me and ask questions or schedule a time to inspect and drive...I welcome the opportunity to let you see the Blazer for yourself.
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs
Sun, 01 Dec 2013
The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.
Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future
Wed, 19 Nov 2014The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
Who sold the most heavy-duty pickups in 2012? PickupTrucks.com investigates
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Domestic manufacturers enjoyed a good year for heavy-duty pickup sales in 2012. PickupTrucks.com has taken a close look at exactly how those sales broke down between each manufacturer and between three-quarter and one-ton pickups. Ford sold some 67,786 F-250 Super Duty models last year with the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD falling just behind at 56,359 units. The Ram 2500 HD came in third at 41,918, while the GMC Sierra 2500 HD earned itself fourth place with 27,616 deliveries. While Ford held onto the top spot in the one-ton market, Ram easily nailed down second place by selling more 3500 HD models last year than General Motors sold Silverado 3500 HD and Sierra 3500 HD trucks combined.
So, did GM manage to sell more trucks than Ford with its two brands? Very nearly. Ford sold a total of 119,338 heavy-duty pickups to GM's 111,555. Ram, meanwhile, moved a distant 77,583. But perhaps more interesting is the diesel take rate in this segment. PickupTrucks.com says 80 percent of all domestic one-ton trucks roll from the dealer lot with a turbo-diesel under the hood. Head over to the site for a closer look at the breakdown.
