Motor is 283 c.i. Transmission is 700r4. The interior of the car was done to a very high quality 8 years ago. The dash and all trim pieces were taken out and re-painted. New headliner, carpet, door panels and seats. Has 6 seat belts. The seats are man made leather and very comfortable. The custom center console is very nice with an Alpine CD player and great Auto Meter C2 gauges. All glass is in perfect condition... tinted side glass and rear window. There is a scratch on the tint on the back passenger side. Tires are 245/45/17 and run on Classic Boyds wheels. Dual exhaust... perfect sound for this hotrod!!! Blue dot tail lights. All gaps on hood, doors and tail gate are perfect. Odometer works, dash lights work. The paint on the top is very good with no rust around the drip ring. The paint shows well from 20 feet. There are no dings on the sides of the car. There are a couple dings on the front of the hood, chip on side of hood and a couple small dings on edges of doors . The A/C does work but it needs a new switch. Needs new antenna. She has always been parked in our garage next to her buddy!!! It's time to sell her to a new owner, someone who can enjoy her as is or put a little work into her and take her to the next level. Refreshed 2014 Camaro confirmed for New York debut
Thu, 07 Mar 2013We've already seen leaked specs and potential spy shots, but the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show in a few weeks.
Besides a tweaked exterior and the possibility of a high-output LS7 under the hood, we really don't know much else about the 2014 Camaro, but here's hoping for an improved interior, too.
In addition to the refreshed Camaro, Chevrolet will also be showing off the recently introduced Chevrolet SS, making its debut on the auto show circuit, and we'll also get our first look at the C7 Corvette coupe and convertible side-by-side.

And this kind of talk comes after last year's race was considered one of the best ever - the last lap hijinks in 2012 and Takuma Sato's crash leading to a podium ceremony straight out of a Golden Globes tearjerker.
But this year's race delivered more than anyone expected, from the 250,000 fans to the commentators to the IndyCar series itself and, finally, to the guy who hopped through a two-mile window on Lap 197 to take the lead and keep it until the end.
Fewer than 1 in 3 Chevy dealers earn right to initially sell C7 Corvette
Mon, 01 Apr 2013Looking to make the launch of the 2014 Corvette Stingray as efficient as possible, Chevrolet will be limiting the numbers of its dealers that can sell the all-new coupe and convertible. According to Automotive News, sales of the C7 Corvette will initially be limited to less than a third of Chevy's total dealership network when the 'Vette goes on sale this summer.
Only 900 dealers out of more than 3,000 locations nationwide will be allowed to sell the new Corvette at first, and the reason for this is so that there are no shortages at dealers that can actually get the cars sold. The article says that the 900 dealerships chosen represented 80 percent of total Corvette sales in 2012.
Some of the requirements dealers had to make to get initial allocation of Stingray sales include having sold at least four Corvettes in 2012 and having a Corvette Stingray specialist who will be required to have gone through a training session costing more than $2,000 per attendee. Once demand for the 2014 Corvette Stingray begins to subside - approximately six to nine months after it goes on sale - then allocation could open up to more dealers, but the report indicates this could happen following the 2014 model year.
