Beautiful Black on Black 2008 Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac STS with the sought after 3.6 Liter V6 engine by GM providing wonderful Gas Mileage. (With gas prices these days this is important) I purchased this car from a local Cadillac Dealership and was told the Certified Pre-Owned warranty is valid through October 2015 - at purchase. In the past month I have replaced the Front Brakes and completed and Oil Change as well as had a few minor warranty items replaced - dealer itemized list available upon request or please take the VIN to any Cadillac dealership and check for yourself - then you can see all about the car. This is truly a great car and with all the bells and whistles, as listed above, it is a lot of car for the money. My current job has forced me to need a large truck therefore I have to change vehicles as I can not afford 2 car payments and a mortgage. My price is set fairly with the miles and warranty - I currently owe $26,254.13 on the vehicle and will pay the difference of the sale price to the bank to have the title released to the new owner. I am financed locally with WestStar Credit Union and the title is held locally therefore once payment is sent to my bank to pay off I will be called in to Sign title off with a lien release form attached so the buyer can register with a clear title. Cadillac developing stretched ATS-L just for China

To luxury automakers, long-wheelbase sedans are to China that crossovers and SUVs are to the US, so it isn't all that surprising any more when the latest sedan gets an extra couple of inches between the wheels to improve rear-seat comfort. According to Car News China, the next sedan to get the stretch will be the Cadillac ATS, which will increase the wheelbase by 10 centimeters (about four inches) to become the ATS-L.
Designed to go up against rivals like the BMW 335Li and the added-length Mercedes C-Class, the ATS-L will reportedly be built locally in China with an engine list that will grow as well. Currently, only the 2.0-liter turbo engine is offered in the ATS in China, but the ATS-L will get the full spectrum of ATS engines including the base 2.5-liter and the peppier 3.6-liter V6. This isn't the first time Cadillac has offered a China-specific stretched sedan either as the SLS dates back to 2006.

Cadillac considering more engines, Vsport model for Escalade

Want to roll in the latest Cadillac Escalade? You can get it with a 6.2-liter V8... or a 6.2-liter V8. Cadillac only offers the one engine option. But that may soon change.
According to the latest from Automotive News, Cadillac is contemplating a couple of new powertrain options for its blingin' big ute. The report suggests a twin-turbo V6 and a V6 turbodiesel could be offered, and that Cadillac could create a Vsport version of the Escalade like it offers on the new CTS sedan.
The more diverse engine offerings would help attract buyers from the new Lincoln Navigator, its prime competitor, which switched from a 5.4-liter V8 this year to a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6. The turbo V6 engines (both gasoline and diesel) would also help Cadillac market the Escalade overseas - particularly in Europe, where higher fuel prices preclude the prospect of driving a big V8 SUV for many buyers. Escalade sales have dropped from 35-40k units in the mid-2000s to around 12,000 the past couple of years.

Despite the fact that most everyone who has laid eyes on the Cadillac Elmiraj concept coupe loves it, General Motors insiders are still trying to prove the business case to build the car. And it's certainly not a guarantee.
"I want to see this car go into production badly. Very badly," Ed Welburn, GM's Global Head of Design, told Autoblog. But the Cadillac design studio is busier than it's ever been before, and the company is working on prioritizing which cars deserve to get the billion-dollar price tag needed to research and develop a new model.
No matter what happens, Welburn says the car has made its mark on Cadillac
