1967 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, Blue With Beautiful Blue Paisley Interior on 2040-cars
Grove City, Ohio, United States
Saddens me to say....'67 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham for sale. This car is simply a nostalgic piece of history! I have been working on her to be my weekend sweetheart to cruise with the family.
Still needs some work, but very close to completion. This car has great lines but does have some typical rusty spots, but can easily be address when it is time to paint. I replaced the 429 with a 500 cubic inch Cadillac engine over the summer. Sounds good! Cad Company headers, Summit 750 carb, Crome valve covers, Chrome Alternator, Edelbrock manifold. Under the hood is spotless. Engine is clean and ready to vroom. Transmission needs a front pump and this car is drivable and ready for enjoyment. Price is negotiable, but don't beat me up to bad. Like I said this will make someone a dynamite cruiser! The ONLY reason I am selling this car is because I just bought a '72 Deville and Mama says I can't have two :) Feel free to text me at 614-578-six 5 one 5 |

2013 Cadillac XTS [w/video]
Wed, 30 Jan 2013The Cadillac Of Stopgaps
As confusing as most alphanumeric car names have gotten in recent years, at least one constant has been that the letter "X" is generally indicative of a crossover. Then why did General Motors use this letter on its new 2013 Cadillac XTS luxury sedan? Well, for that, we'll have to look to the world of mathematics where "X" stands for an unknown variable or a placeholder. Now we're talking. The XTS is just an interim product sitting at the top of Cadillac's four-door food chain until the brand gets a true flagship in place. That sounds like a lot of resources to spend on what will likely be a one-and-done model, but the automaker needed to get something - anything - to replace the DTS.
So here you have the 2013 XTS. A big luxury sedan that was created to bridge the gap between Cadillac's recent past and its pending future. Going into our week with this XTS knowing that it was a stopgap measure proved to be both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, we know (or hope) that this car will act as a baseline for future high-end Cadillac models, but at the same time, we couldn't help but be mindful of past stopgap models, albeit in more entry-level segments, like the Cimarron and Catera.
2013 Cadillac ATS 3.6 AWD
Wed, 27 Feb 2013All-Wheel, All Right
There is no escaping the luxury all-wheel drive empire Audi has built for itself over the past 15 years. While nearly every high-end marque has at least one offering with power at all four corners, the hardware can't help but play second fiddle to Ingolstadt's Quattro kingdom. Leather-lined all-wheel drive is simply Audi the way minimum wage is an English degree. But General Motors seems hell-bent on raiding as many established fiefdoms as possible with the 2013 Cadillac ATS. Engineers and designers made no secret of the fact that the baby Cadillac was penned specifically to take on the BMW 3 Series, but Audi should be no less concerned about the newest luxury prince from Detroit.
GM has been stuffing all-wheel drive systems under their vehicles for years, but the effort hasn't come without nasty side effects. Unfortunate understeer, extra ride height, smallish wheels and porky curb weight meant opting for all-wheel drive was like signing your driving pleasure's death warrant. Would you like polished brass or brushed nickel hardware for your right foot's coffin, sir?
