2005 Cadillac Escalade - FULLY LOADED with all options including BRAND NEW 20" chrome wheels (in perfect condition, not a scratch of flaw on them), upgraded factory grill, Navigation, 3rd row seat, towing package, custom Escalade mats and more. ONLY 39K miles!!! This is a 2nd car that is kept in Cape Cod in a heated garage and only driven on summer weekends in the nice weather. It has not seen salt or winter and is in near SHOWROOM condition both inside and out. The paint is a high gloss black that has the factory shine on it and NO RUST and virtually no scratches except for a few pencil tip nicks in the front bumper from the highway and a 3-4 inch scratch in the rear bumper. (If you can list all the scratches on your car in one short sentance its a showroom car!!!) The interior is in the same condition....no wear on the rugs at all and the leather is maintained with mothers cleaner and conditioner to look rich and wrinkle free. You could EAT off any part of this car it is so clean! The car is meticulously maintained and has had the oil changed every 2K with Mobil 1 synthetic and full Transmission service just last year. The tires are top of the line Goodyear's with plenty of meat left. Clean car fax....never in an accident or had any mechanical issues. I am only selling this because we just had our 2nd child and need the money. I have the clear title in hand and ready for pick up.

Cadillac SRX production moving to TN, next-gen Equinox going to Mexico
Fri, 29 Aug 2014It's a good week for the town of Spring Hill, TN, as General Motors has announced that its factory in the city of 31,000 will receive a $185 million contract to produce engines. On top of that, the next-generation Cadillac SRX crossover will be built at the factory (NA models are presently built in Ramos, Arizpe Mexico), which was once famous for being the home of GM's now-defunct Saturn brand.
The factory is one of GM's six facilities around the globe that will screw together the company's new line of three- and four-cylinder Ecotec engines. Spring Hill currently builds the 2.0-liter, turbocharged Ecotec, as well as the naturally aspirated 2.4 and 2.5-liter variants.
Spring Hill's vehicle assembly lines were idled in 2009, but were reactivated in 2011. The SRX is just one of the products meant to benefit from last year's $350-million investment, and should have a positive impact, creating or retaining around 1,800 positions at the factory.
2014 Cadillac CTS images leak from somewhere
Sun, 24 Mar 2013The redesigned 2014 Cadillac CTS will be unveiled this Tuesday on the eve of the New York Auto Show, but as often happens, some images of the car have leaked onto the web a few days early. Previously, the only information we had on the 2014 CTS concerned the all-new twin-turbo V6 engine that will be found underhood, rated at 420 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque.
While none show the new car in its entirety, the images do show much of the front end, particularly the headlights that feature vertical bars of LEDs that start down low as foglights and continue up to the top of the front fenders. They're similar to the lighting design first shown on the XTS and ATS, except the lower portions are much taller.
There are also views of the rear end and one of the taillights, as well as an interior shot of the front passenger door. The latter image has us most intrigued, as it shows some very high end materials being used in the new CTS interior. The low-gloss wood trim, in particular, looks very premium.
Seinfeld and Don Rickles stretch out in classic Caddy for latest CiCGC
Thu, 04 Jul 2013It's no surprise that for the newest episode of Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, airing for the first time on the 4th of July, that a couple of American classics are involved. You'll Never Play the Copa unites Seinfeld with legendary curmudgeon Don Rickles, driving around in a stunner of a 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Seville in Gleneagles Green (upholstery wrapped in Grandma-spec plastic, of course).
Mr. Rickles really steals the show in this one - maybe our favorite CiCGC to date - though the Eldorado plays a strong-jawed costarring role, for sure. Stories about Ronald Regan, Frank Sinatra, Billy Graham and, of course, Herkie Styles are more than worth the price of admission. Check it out below.
