A beautiful example of Cadillac luxury, and a very well maintained Florida car. 105K miles with re-built heads at 84K. NO RUST anywhere on vehicle. Beautiful off white exterior with a full Hatteras blue cabriolet top in showroom condition. Interior has double blue luxurious leather, carpeting. No tears or rips anywhere. All interior lights work. New heater core- heat and a/c both work well. The HT-4.1L Engine, & 4-speed automatic transmission function smoothly and strong, no leaks. FWD, tight front end, drives straight as an arrow. Beautiful wire rim wheels, radial tires at 90%. Telescopic steering, Tinted glass, PW, PB, PL, Cruise, AM/FM/Cassette surround sound all work. Trunk in immaculate shape, automatic opener and close both work. Spare tire, jacks, manual. Just a few small repairs to bring it back to near original condition. Recently brought to Fort Wayne, IN. Need to sell to make room for two 1965's I own. Original selling price was $24,000 in 1983.

Five awesome Lego car creations
Thu, 23 Oct 2014Lego cars are among our favorite toys. They're fun for play, and if built properly, great to display. With that in mind, we've crafted a list of some of the best creations we've seen. Some are on sale now, while others are merely the work of fanciful enthusiasts. There are even a couple that you definitely cannot buy (we'll explain).
Our choices are diverse, including everything from a diminutive 1969 Chevy Corvette to a fullsize Ferrari Formula One racecar. Cadillac expects major growth in China
Thu, 25 Sep 2014The US sales issues facing Cadillac are not being paralleled in the People's Republic of China, as a new report from Automotive News indicates the US luxury maker should see its sales increase by as much as 40 percent.
The report cites Cadillac's own forecasts, which put its 2014 sales in the PRC at 70,000 units after cresting 45,000 vehicles at the end of August. Provided the sales pace holds true through 2015, the brand would hit its new 100,000-unit sales goal, AN reports.
"We're very optimistic about the luxury market, we believe that the luxury market by 2016 here will become the largest luxury market in the world, surpassing even the size of luxury in Europe," GM China President Matthew Tsien told AN. "With [Cadillac president] Johan [de Nysschen], we have somebody that really is an executive that understands luxury, but he also is very, very keen on understanding what do we need here in China for Cadillac to be successful."
Cadillac Elmiraj Concept brings big coupe style to Pebble Beach [w/videos]
Thu, 15 Aug 2013Two years ago, Cadillac absolutely floored us with the debut of its gorgeous Ciel concept at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. And since that droptop four-door's debut, we've seen plenty of its design language worked into the latest Cadillac products. Now, we're seriously hoping that history will repeat itself with this stunning new Elmiraj coupe concept, which makes its first public appearance in Monterey this week.
Cadillac states that the Elmiraj concept simply showcases the next step forward for the brand's Art & Science design DNA, and doesn't necessarily preview an upcoming model. But if you told us the Elmiraj was a conceptual look at the next-generation CTS Coupe, or a smaller, two-door version of a new flagship, we'd believe you. At 207 inches long, 76 inches wide and 55 inches tall, its dimensions are only slightly larger than the current two-door CTS.
Regardless of what the Elmiraj does or does not become, it's certainly a fantastic modern interpretation of the classic GT formula with its short front overhang, long hood, rakish roofline and petite rear deck. The strong character lines running along the sides and exaggerated 22-inch wheels round out the beautiful coupe, and Cadillac's signature vertical LED lighting elements are found at the front and rear. Also take note: the badge on the grille is a crest without a wreath, basically confirming our earlier report.
