2003 Cadillac Cts Luxury Sport - No Reserve - 95k Miles on 2040-cars
East Helena, Montana, United States
2003 Cadillac CTS Luxury Sport
Both interior and exterior are in perfect shape, and this car had every option available including heated seats, sunroof, navigation, upgraded alloy wheels (not pictured but included), sport and winter modes, and the leather is all in great shape. It ran and drove just fine until the serpentine belt snapped and it wouldn't start again even after replacing it. a mechanic said that it could need the heads rebuilt as is common in this car and year, but I didn't have the money to have him tear the engine apart to verify so I can't say for sure if that is what it needs or not. With only 95K miles this could be the perfect car to fix up easily and be worth much more then you paid. Immediate deposit/payment through paypal required. Buyer is responsible for pickup/shipping. Sold as is where is. |

Weekly Recap: Auto execs face life in prison for recall delays under proposed legislation
Sat, 09 Aug 2014
The stiff punishments are part of broader transportation legislation, but clearly McCaskill has automakers in her sights.
Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill threw down the gauntlet this week, proposing a bill that could send auto executives to prison for life if they were found to have delayed a recall. She also wants to eliminate the limit for fines for auto safety violations, which are currently capped at $35 million.
Cadillac Elmiraj has production potential
Tue, 20 Aug 2013There are many reasons to love the Cadillac Elmiraj Concept, but not the least of which is how production-ready this big coupe appears to be. Take out the overly fancy interior and a few conceptual elements of the exterior, and this looks like a coupe that could be in dealers now as the successor to the Eldorado.
On top of that, Automotive News is quoting Bob Ferguson, Cadillac senior vice president, as saying that a production version of this car is "very doable." AN adds that if the Monterey showstopper gets the green-light, this car would compete against the upcoming Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe and would based on Cadillac's upcoming rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan due out in 2015. The range-topping coupe would debut sometime after the sedan model. Cross your fingers.
Cadillac's Euro reboot may have implications for US models, sales
Fri, 11 Apr 2014Firmly on the comeback trail in the US, Cadillac is still trying to get out of the starting blocks in Europe. At the Geneva Motor Show in March, Cadillac' senior execs revealed plans to grow the brand's presence in a luxury market dominated by the big three German marques, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
GM President Dan Ammann says he sees "enormous" potential for Cadillac globally.
Over the past 20 years, the General Motors premium nameplate has tried and failed multiple times to break into the European market. This time around, Cadillac recognizes that progress will be modest at best, and depends on specific changes to models, some of which may impact the brand's US lineup. Planned new sales tactics in Europe may also impact the way Cadillac does business on this side of the pond.
