Almost New, 48 K Miles, White Premium Package Buick Lucerne, Beautiful Wood Exlt on 2040-cars
Moses Lake, Washington, United States
This car has been so well cared for. I am the second owner. I love the car and would not part with it except for a good price. Otherwise I can drive it another hundred thousand miles in luxury with the most comfortable seats I've ever enjoyed, heated leather, plush and ergonomic, lumbar supports and so on, electric seats to move up down forward and all. The on-star is wonderful. Phone anywhere in the US and Canada for about 10 dollars for 300 minutes, hands free, great sound in the car. The car runs very quietly. Make the CD or on start louder or softer using a finger on the steering wheel. CD in the dash. Very nice sound quality. Temperature control separately for passenger and driver, to a number like 71 deg F, 65 deg F whatever you like. The dash information tells you what direction you are driving. temperature outside, alerts you to any maintenance needs.
PLEASE NOTE - the vehicle report says 4 owners to date. I DON'T understand why. I am the SECOND owner ONLY. And it says there is a lien on record. When I purchased the vehicle three years ago, it said that, and there was already NO LIEN. There is absolutely no lien, guaranteed. I paid cash and they had paperwork for no lien. I don't know how a person gets that off an old record. I guarantee there is no lien.
The car report says no accidents. There have never been any car accident type accidents. We had one small scrape with a post on ice in the spring, giving scratches on the side. We replaced passenger window and had al repaired by absolute experts. There is no sign of any damage. It shines and glows. No other damage issues. Tires are great, the interior is perfect and clean. Never been smoked in. Just the loveliest car you can imagine. Very high end. We are in central Washington along I 90 for ease of viewing or pickup. Feel free to call with any questions. 509 977-1400

2014 Buick LaCrosse to sticker at $34,060*
Tue, 18 Jun 2013Buick first showed the facelifted 2014 LaCrosse at this year's New York Auto Show, and General Motors' luxury-ish arm has now confirmed that pricing for the updated sedan will start at $34,060 (*including $925 for destination), a increase of $1,505 over the 2013 model.
Buyers will be treated to an updated appearance, both inside and out. On the outside, tweaks were made to the LaCrosse's front and rear fascias, and new wheels are on offer (though the ones seen on the car pictured above seem to have been simply pulled from the 2011 Regal Turbo). Inside, there's a much cleaner center stack layout, complete with a standard eight-inch reconfigurable touchscreen IntelliLink interface. Buick is also offering a new Ultra Luxury interior package ($2,495), featuring Tamo Ash wood throughout the cabin, black synthetic suede on the headliner and leather seats in a new sangria color. Standalone options include different wheels, Bose audio, rear seat entertainment, navigation and a sunroof.
The 2014 LaCrosse's base powertrain is the trusty 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with eAssist, which is capable of achieving up to 36 miles per gallon on the highway. But for folks wanting more power, a 304-horsepower, 3.6-liter V6 is available as a no-cost option, available with either front- or all-wheel drive.
Opel Insignia OPC getting facelift. Will the Buick Regal GS see it, too?
Tue, 07 Aug 2012We've seen spy shots of the base Opel Insignia wearing facelifted front and rear ends, and now it appears that the more potent OPC version will be benefitting from a nip/tuck, as well.
The front bumper has been redesigned, incorporating new air intakes - toned-down versions of the model's signature fangs - as well as a new grille. Out back, there will be minimal changes to the overall fascia, most likely stuff like slightly redesigned taillamps, and inside, these spy shots show a larger navigation/infotainment screen sitting atop the center console.
This is all well and good for the Insignia, but we're wondering how these changes will impact North America's Buick Regal GS. No, it may not share the same powertrain punch as the Euro-spec OPC, but visually, the cars are nearly identical. When questioned about possible changes for the GS, a Buick spokesperson told us that the automaker "can't comment" on any changes at this point. Even so, we wouldn't be surprised if some small changes come our way in the next year or so.
2013 Buick Encore
Wed, 14 Aug 2013Ignored On Arrival, But Coming On Strong
An image exists out there that perfectly conveys the fate we thought would befall the Buick Encore after its world debut at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show. The shot shows the just-unveiled Encore on stage, basking in the glow of spotlights but surrounded by a large display area that's bereft of both cars and people. Two journalists are sitting on a couch over to the side, both facing the Encore but ignoring it as they inspect their swag, and a solitary custodial engineer pushes a vacuum back and forth across a sea of gray carpet.
Like a kid with his birthday cake at a party no one came to, this little crossover's debut was largely, almost cruelly, ignored. Who can blame us, though? Two shows ago, the Motor City's main stage welcomed the redesigned Aston Martin-esque Ford Fusion, the 3 Series-assassin ATS from Cadillac and the return of Dodge to the small car game with the Dart. A fourth model for the wayward Buick brand, especially one so arguably un-Buick in form and function, did not seem to deserve the attention paid to its peers that year.
