Pristine 2001 M3, amazing condition inside and out from paint to leather. NO ACCIDENTS.

Only long term owners, originally purchased from BMW with all options including: manual, black leather, sunroof, rain sensors and rear back up sensors etc.

If you have access to BMW records I suggest you use the VIN and look at the great service history on this car from all previous owners and BMW.

I have put less than 500 miles on this car in the last 12 months due to pregnancy and a newborn.

This car has been my baby for many years and the highlight of driving and leaving the house.

Services performed as needed and on time including fluid flushes, brakes, oil changes (Lubro Moly) and all dealer recommended inspections such as inspection II at 90,000 miles.

I have babied this car and added a carbon fiber roof vinyl, trunk, front splitter and rear diffuser. I also installed LED angel eyes and a Groupe M intake.

Water pump was replaced around 100,000 miles along with the clutch around the same mileage.

No leaks, no known mechanical issues. This M was NOT a lemon as some can be. I reliably daily drove this M for years.

This car was garaged during the winter and never exposed to snow/salty roads.

Selling due to new baby and the car just sits in the garage now.

I am not a smoker, car is a non smoker car during my ownership the past 5 years.

Watch a trio of Santas ride up Mulholland Drive

Santa Claus might have his eight reindeer - or nine, when it's foggy - to help him deliver presents in most parts of the world, but in southern California, it looks like he's traded up from Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and company to BMW, Yamaha and Ducati. RNickeyMouse is usually the place to check out spectacular motorcycle crashes on video along LA's Mulholland Drive, but a recent video caught a trio of Santas carving up the iconic, twisty road.
The three Santas are together, riding what appears to be a BMW S1000RR, Yamaha R1 and a hard-to-tell custom bike that could be a Ducati 1098. The video, which is posted below, also catches a bonus Santa riding solo on another S1000RR. Happy Christmas to all, and to all a cool bike!

BMW working on 'FAST' CUV to slot between X1 and 2 Series

Our spy shooters have caught a new FAST BMW testing that's rumored to hit the market in late 2015. Sadly, the word fast in that last sentence isn't describing the car's performance; instead it's an acronym that stands for Family Active Sports Tourer. Talk about a case of false advertising.
Despite it's speedy name, the FAST doesn't look ready to set any Nürburgring lap records. It rides on BMW's modular, front-wheel drive UKL platform that underpins the current generation Mini Cooper, upcoming 2 Series Active Tourer and next X1. According to our spies, its design is supposed to blend the looks of a wagon and a CUV on the outside with a large, useful interior. Conceivably, it could be offered with the hybrid system from the 2 Series, as well.
The new prototype definitely shares the styling of its front-wheel-drive BMW siblings. Up to the A-pillar, it looks pretty similar to what we know about the future X1. But the FAST has a more arched profile and lower ride height compared to the crossover's chunkier, more conventional design.

2015 BMW i8 sets everyone's tongues wagging in Northern Michigan

Like few other cars we can remember, people want to talk about the 2015 BMW i8. Drive one, and you'll soon find out what we mean. They stop you at gas stations. They accost you in Walgreen's parking lots. They stream out of neighborhood bars, beers in hand.
At least, that was our experience this week during Autoblog's Technology of the Year testing. We had the pleasure of driving the plug-in hybrid BMW sports car up to and around Petoskey, MI, a resort town where seeing such exotics is rare enough, let alone in the off season. It made for some interesting conversations - so we began writing down some of the comments the butterfly-doored coupe inspired. Here's a sampling:
"Wanna race for pinks? I'll go easy on you." - Acne-covered teenage pizza delivery driver in a sad-looking Ford Taurus parked at a Valero gas station near Grayling (which incidentally didn't actually have gas).
