Up for sale is my beautiful Certified Pre-Owned 2010 BMW 750Li xDrive. The car is in great condition, body wise with very little wear. The car is stored in a heated garage, as well. The interior is in excellent condition with no signs of wear. Mechanically, the vehicle is 100% sound and in perfect working order. The tires have very good tread on them, and we just did a fully synthetic oil change (along with an oil filter change). I keep up on maintenance even more than BMW recommends.
Option-wise, the vehicle is heavily loaded: Exterior Color: Black Sapphire Metallic Interior Color: Two-Toned Nappa Leather - Saddle with Black Cold Weather Package -(Ski-bag, seat heaters in all four seats, Steering wheel heater, quad-zone climate control, et cetera) BMW M-Sport Package -(Dynamic Drive with Dynamic Stability Control, M-Sport Tuned suspension, Sport+ mode, M-Sport -Styling in the front bumper, rear bumper, and rims. M-Sport Steering Wheel) -Backup Camera and Parking Sensors all around -Sun Blinds in rear windshield and automatic sun shades on rear windows Comfort Seating Package -(Multiple way adjustable seats, Active front seats, seat coolers) -Entire Dashboard is covered in leather -Side View Cameras -Night Vision -Heads-up display -Adaptive Xenon Headlights (Headlights swivel and corner as you turn the steering wheel) -Navigation Professional -Expanded BMW Online with Connected Drive -Professional Hi-Fi sound system, Satellite Radio, in dash 6-Disc Dvd changer, Phone Cradle in center console, Music Interface (with USB and AUX Input) -6 Year/100,000 Mile Factory Warranty (Expires in late 2016 and the warranty is transferable) As far as the title goes, the title is a Clear Rebuilt Title. The vehicle has never been in an accident and has never had paint/body work done to it. I purchased the vehicle with a flood branded title in late 2013. I am an ASE Certified Mechanic, and I deal with these types of vehicles all the time. All work done was completed professionally by myself, or my highly trained staff. First and foremost, in this particular vehicle, water never touched the inside of the passenger cabin (basically, water never got to any part of the interior). Secondly, the water was fresh water, not salt water (this was NOT a hurricane damaged car). The issue was that fresh water was sucked in to the engine through the air intake. This choked the engine whenever the car tried to start. The fix was rather simple, we drained the oil from the engine, pulled the spark plugs of the car, and manually turned the engine until the water had completely been completely ousted. As a precaution, we changed all other fluids in the car, as well (though, we found no water in anything but the engine). I have been building a reputation for selling cars locally and on eBay. I recently sold a 2012 Infiniti M37 to a customer in Alabama. The Customer was so pleased, he decided to write a thank you letter and a letter of recommendation three months after he purchased the car (which I can show you, if you would like). Our work is 100% professional and completely thorough - if you would like to schedule an independent inspection, we would be happy to co-operate with you or your hired inspector. It is also worth noting that, again, the vehicle is BMW CPO and has the Factory warranty until 2016. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call and ask! BMW to announce location of new plant in Mexico in July
Tue, 20 May 2014Volkswagen manufactures in Mexico. Soon Audi will as well, and Mercedes-Benz is said to be working on a deal to assemble some of its cars at a Nissan plant in Mexico too. That leaves BMW out of the mix of German automakers building cars South of the Border, but that may soon be rectified, as well.
According to Automotive News, the Bavarian automaker is preparing to announce the site of its first Mexican assembly plant as soon as July, now just two months away. BMW already builds cars for North American consumption at its plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina, but has reportedly been keen to capitalize on cheaper labor and the benefits of the North American Free Trade Agreement to supply vehicles to the United States and Canada especially.
When BMW does announce the site of the plant - reportedly narrowed down to either Hidalgo or San Luis Potosi - it is tipped to work its way up to 100,000 vehicles per year at the new location, potentially to include the 3 Series as well as smaller, front-drive models, including Minis.
She's just a girl... who's an E28 fanatic

The amateur train photographer has owned over 15 of the cars in her brief lifetime, and says she's attracted to the old 5 Series because of how rare they are. All told, she's owned every variation of the E28 with the exception of the 2.4td, and the crew from Petrolicious recently stopped by to train their lenses on her most recent acquisition: a lovely M535i. The site's latest video, Rare Things, takes a closer look at just what draws Rodriguez to the E28 and how her passion for the cars has evolved over the years.

2014 BMW 328d xDrive Sport Wagon
Fri, 11 Apr 2014There's a running joke among auto writers that the perfect car would be a diesel-powered, rear-drive wagon with manual transmission and no power accessories whatsoever. It would only be available in brown and would somehow be as fun to drive as a Mazda MX-5 Miata. Makes total sense, right?
Realistically, no manufacturer is ever going to completely fulfill our wishes, no matter how much we beg, plead, kick and scream about our dream car that most of us would actually never buy. The best we can do is hope for a vehicle that mixes some aspects of this ideal journalist's car. And in today's world, that vehicle just might be the BMW 328d xDrive Sport Wagon.
No, it's not available with a manual gearbox, and power can only be sent through an xDrive all-wheel-drive system. It's also not available in brown (although both Mojave Metallic and Sparkling Bronze Metallic are acceptable stand-ins), but it ticks the two main boxes of being a diesel-powered wagon, one of only a couple such models in the United States.
