A/C BLOWS ICE COLD ORIGINAL OWNERS MANUAL AND BOOKS ALL POWER WINDOWS AND LOCKS WORK ALL ELECTRONICS WORK AS EXPECTED ALL INTERIOR LIGHTS WORK ALL POWER SEATS WORK MOST OF THE REGULAR PROBLEMS THESE CARS EXPERIENCE HAVE BEEN FIXED AND ITS READY TO GO ALL TUNE UP AND INFORMATION LIGHTS ARE WORKING PROPERLY RADIO AND CD - CASSETTE WORK AS EXPECTED NAVIGATION (i only have the east coast cd's ) WORKS GREAT ALONG WITH THE INFORMATION CENTER headlights are high density bright white and work great all brake and marker lights work I never used the CD changer in the trunk, there is no reason it shouldn't work power mirrors work - both sides and when in reverse they adjust automatically no rips or tears in the dash or interior TAN LEATHER IS BEAUTIFUL FRONT AND BACK I EVEN HAVE THE LUXURY FOOTRESTS FOR THE REAR PASSANGERS ALL CUP HOLDERS ARE STILL INTACT (USUALY BROKEN)

The Bad there is a line in the navigation screen (look at the picture its not to bad) small scratch behind right front wheel on the bottom of the rocker panel (pictured) small rock chips on hood and front of car side mirrors are getting a little foggy at the bottom from the defrost SPARE TIRE AND RIM HIT A CURB AND NEED REPLACED frontend need an aliangmant - drives great but has a little woble at low speeds mirror has rock chips and a small scratch (pictured) drivers seat shows some very minor wear as expected

BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe gets Bang & Olufsen Individual edition [w/video]
Tue, 10 Jun 2014Not content with a bit part on the options sheet, high-end sound gets a starring role on the BMW Individual 6 Series Gran Coupe Bang & Olufsen Edition. There's no technical difference between the 1,200-watt, 16-speaker High End Surround Sound System in this run of 6 Series Gran Coupes and the $3,700 system you can order as an option on the standard Gran Coupe, but the special edition gets brushed black aluminum finish speaker grilles, a first for the range.
The packages and colors are what set these apart, exteriors available in either Brilliant White Metallic or Dark Graphite II Metallic, interiors possible in either black or Opal White and black. You'll also get upgrades like the Cold Weather, M Sport Edition Packages on the non-M car, the Competition Package and Executive Package on the M, plus piano black wood trim, special floor mats and lots of B&O badging.
This isn't just a special edition, it's a limited edition, with BMW saying only 100 will be produced. Prices start at $116,240 for the 650i B&O Edition and top out at $152,423 for the M6 B&O Edition. Alex Zanardi back in the driver's seat with BMW
Tue, 21 Jan 2014If there's ever been an inspirational story in the pantheon of motor racing history, surely it's that of Alessandro Zanardi. The Italian driver worked his way up the motor racing ladder, making it into Formula One and winning two CART championships for Chip Ganassi Racing back before the series re-merged into IndyCars. Tragedy struck in 2001 when he lost both his legs in a crash at the Lausitzring in Germany, but rather than accept his fate, Alex pushed on. Fitted with prosthetic limbs, he learned to drive a racing car with hand controls and got back in the driver's seat.
Zanardi drove for BMW in the European Touring Car Championship and then in the World Touring Car Championship that replaced it, landing on the podium several times despite his physical disadvantage. He left racing in 2009 to train for the Paralympics, winning two gold medals in London, but Alex apparently couldn't shake the racing bug. BMW modified one of its M3 DTM racers with hand controls for him to test later that year. And now he's returning to motor racing full time.
BMW has just announced that Zanardi will be driving a Z4 GT3 in the Blancpain Sprint Series, the successor to the FIA GT Series and short-distance counterpart to the Blancpain Endurance Series. The car has been modified with the hand controls the Bavarian automaker's racing department fitted to the aforementioned M3 DTM and will be fielded by the ROAL Motorsport team with which Alex challenged for the European Touring Car Championship last decade.
2015 BMW X6 stays the course with more power, RWD model

Oh, sure, the whole coupe-crossover design trend surely would have started somewhere, but BMW was the first, launching its odd duck back in 2008. Much as we like to harp on the X6 (for being less functional and more expensive than the X5 on which it's based), people around the world sure do seem to like the thing, BMW having sold some 250,000 examples since the CUV's birth. And as you first saw thanks to leaked images this morning, the second-generation X6 has just arrived.
The shape is familiar, as are specific styling elements like the larger headlamps (now available with a full-LED treatment) and taillamps, mimicking those found on the X5. Two trims are available - xLine and M Sport - the former taking a more subdued approach, while the latter uses the traditionally bulgy and aggressive M-badged kit, with larger air intakes and matte aluminum grille bars. All X6s come standard with 19-inch wheels, and 20s are optional.
Regardless of trim, BMW will now offer the X6 in three guises here in the United States: sDrive35i, xDrive35i and xDrive50i. Dissecting the nomenclature, that means the first two models will be powered by BMW's 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six, good for 300 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque. The sDrive X6 uses rear-wheel drive, while the xDrive, of course, uses all-wheel drive. Moving up, the xDrive50i uses the same twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 as its predecessor, though power has been increased to 450 hp and 480 lb-ft. All X6 models are fitted with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and BMW says that the new powertrains are more efficient than before, though official fuel economy numbers have not yet been released.
