That's a saving of $2500, normally $3500 for a full wrap This car is far superior than any other 335i, I own a vinyl wrap shop EliteVinyl and we decided to take this stock black 335i my personal car and turn it into a head turner. All improvements completed 2 months ago (So all parts listed below are 2 months old! like new) -We added M3 fenders, front bumper, rear bumper, side skirt. (Stock fenders and side skirts included) -We added Drilled/Slotted Brakes and new brake pads all around -20" Rohanna Rc22's 9.5 in front 10.5 in rear 245 and 275 -Wheels were also custom powdercoated gloss black one week ago 8/27/14 -Painted Brake Calipers -Led Halo Lights -Led License plate lights -Led Reverse lights -Jb4 Tuner -Megan Racing Downpipes (Stock Cats also included) -Custom Quad Exhaust -3m Sunburnt Orange Vinyl wrap installed 8/25/14 EliteVinyl decals will be removed as well -Car is saphire black underneath vinyl wrap, which can be removed if prefered. Also comes with oem fenders, and side skirts. This car has close to 480bhp and has on multiple occasions smoked m3's and m6 coupes! Don't believe me? ask for video. Maintnence recently done in July -All Plugs replaced -Hi-Flow Fuel pump replaced -Coil Packs changed Please ask any questions and bid confidently I have 100% feedback dealing with a quality seller. BMW working on 'FAST' CUV to slot between X1 and 2 Series
Thu, 10 Jul 2014Our spy shooters have caught a new FAST BMW testing that's rumored to hit the market in late 2015. Sadly, the word fast in that last sentence isn't describing the car's performance; instead it's an acronym that stands for Family Active Sports Tourer. Talk about a case of false advertising.
Despite it's speedy name, the FAST doesn't look ready to set any Nürburgring lap records. It rides on BMW's modular, front-wheel drive UKL platform that underpins the current generation Mini Cooper, upcoming 2 Series Active Tourer and next X1. According to our spies, its design is supposed to blend the looks of a wagon and a CUV on the outside with a large, useful interior. Conceivably, it could be offered with the hybrid system from the 2 Series, as well.
The new prototype definitely shares the styling of its front-wheel-drive BMW siblings. Up to the A-pillar, it looks pretty similar to what we know about the future X1. But the FAST has a more arched profile and lower ride height compared to the crossover's chunkier, more conventional design.
BMW-Toyota partnership to spawn hybrid supercar
Wed, 06 Nov 2013BMW and Toyota inked a partnership some time ago to develop green technology, and while we were excited by the idea of a reborn Supra with BMW's carbon fiber reinforced plastic slashing the curb weight or an ultra-efficient, hybridized 1 Series, the joint efforts have been rather limited. That's set to change, though, according to a report from Australia.
Motoring reports that the partners have come to terms on a sports car. And not just any sports car, but a lightweight, hybridized model, with a six-figure price tag. Lending a bit of street cred to that idea is the site's claim that Toyota is currently carrying out durability testing on the BMW i8. According to the site, the new model will slot into the spot left by the Lexus LFA, although based on the language used, it's unclear if this is the Tokyo-bound vehicle we mentioned several months ago.
Details on this potential car are limited, although Motoring claims it will use a Toyota hybrid system mated up to a BMW gas engine - likely the 4.4-liter, twin-turbo V8 found in the M5 and M6. That sounds pretty amazing to us, but we'd still advise taking this with a grain of salt. What would you like to see out of a joint-venture supercar from Toyota and BMW? 2014 BMW M6 Gran Coupe is ready for your favorite roads
Mon, 14 Jan 2013We've known about the ins and outs of the lovely BMW M6 Gran Coupe for a while now, but that doesn't mean we weren't happy to see the thing in the metal for the first time, here in Detroit.
The M-tuned Gran Coupe utilizes the same 4.4-liter forced-induction V8 that powers both the BMW M6 and the M5, with an output of 560 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque. The fast four-door brings up 60 miles per hour in just 4.1-seconds - the same sprint time as the M6 coupe and a few tenths quicker than the M5 - and up to a limited top speed of 155 mph.
We love those performance figures - this is one new Bimmer that we're amped to get some seat time in - though we're not super crazy about the selection of chrome wheels on this particular show car. Tells us what you think about the hotted up Gran Coupe in comments, below.
