This vehicle may need extensive repairs and is classified as a “salvage vehicle” with no guarantees or warrantees on condition of salvage or its parts. The purchaser understands that (s) he is buying a salvage vehicle, which is presently unsuitable for operation on public highways. The buyer is aware that this vehicle’s title may be branded “rebuilt” or “salvage” once repaired...this depends on the laws of the titling jurisdiction.
