This is a great All Wheel Drive German Sports Sedan. It's the BMW 328i xDrive Sedan and includes the following options: Sunroof, Real Dakota Leather (Still smells like new leather), Automatic Transmission, Legendary BMW All Wheel Drive, Cruise Control, Everything Power, Automatic Rain Sensing Windshield Wipers, Power Seats with Lumbar, and Heated Seats, Hill Descent Control, Bluetooth Phone, High Intensity HID Headlights with Auto Leveling, and They turn to the side that you turn the steering wheel (very neat and helpful), and CD, etc.
This car also has a 3 year extended warranty ON TOP of the already existing warranty that is still going on the car. This means it goes out to 80,000 miles before you will be out of warranty. The reliability on the 3 series is excellent, and I have treated this car like my child. The tires were new when I purchased at 30,000 miles, the radio was replaced under warranty, all oil changes, and maintenance is free of charge for 80,000 miles! It is very sharp in the gray color, and shines very nice. It also has my favorite wheels on the 3 series which add class, and a sporty appearance. The brake pads look new, the engine compartment is very clear, the all wheel drive works excellent, and it has a massive trunk, and fold down seats for pass through. The gray interior is very open and airy, and instead of black doesn't show everything, and keeps the interior from feeling drab. The Dakota leather is very nice, and instead of most cars having vinyl this has REAL leather and it shows. The entire car operates perfect, and will give you looks, performance, enjoyment, utility, and maintenance free miles. One of the rear wheels has a little scuff on the rim edge which isn't hardly noticeable, and there is a small rock hit or scratch on the hood, but again, it's not even noticeable unless you get up close. I have polished this car twice since I've owned it, waxed it, and actually take the wheels off and clean the brakes and inside of the wheels because again, I take good care of my cars. I just had the oil changed, and brake fluid changed according to the BMW service notice, and again, it was free of charge, and they washed and vacuumed it, as a part of the service. (Gotta love BMW customer service.)
I bought the car last year, and have thoroughly enjoyed it, yet we will be moving soon, and I won't need it at the new location, so it's time to sell. Please let me know if you have any questions or want any further pictures.

Are you a BMW M4 GTS track car in disguise?
Wed, 10 Sep 2014BMW is always happy to extract a little bit more gumption out of its M cars, just look at the latest 30th anniversary M5 or even the earlier CSL variants of the M3 for proof. Now, It looks like we might be getting the first glimpse of an even hotter M4, and it's wearing very interesting livery.
Our spies recently shot this M4 that could preview a future GTS version. It's all done up in MotoGP decals, but that might just be a ruse. This car sports a camouflaged lower air dam and rear wing, but those parts don't appear to be from an actual series safety car. The chin spoiler seems larger, and the rear wing is completely different. You can also spot an obvious Recaro logo on the driver's seat in one of the photos. Plus, the BMW emblem is removed at the back.
The disguised changes and odd choice of decals make this prototype incredibly weird. A BMW exec said at the beginning of the year that there were "no plans whatsoever to make a lighter, harder version just yet," of the M3 or M4, despite earlier rumors to the contrary. Check out the gallery to see what you think this is.
2014 BMW M6 Gran Coupe
Wed, 30 Oct 2013One of the many perks of this job is, not surprisingly, the cars. It's relatively easy to snag the keys to a vehicle for a special occasion, whether that be for a road trip, tailgating or helping a friend move. And while sometimes the tailgating might happen with a Ford F-150 instead of a Range Rover and the road trip might be in a minivan rather than a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, occasionally the stars align and a special vehicle arrives for an equally special time.
That's exactly how I found myself dressed to the nines and behind the wheel of the BMW M6 Gran Coupe, a $135,375 (as-tested) rocket ship, en route to a rare multi-wedding weekend to celebrate with two pairs of my closest friends on the biggest day of their lives (a very special congratulations to Kara and Zach, and Laura and Andrew). Continuing with our nuptial theme, the M mechanicals and the 6 Series Gran Coupe body are a match made in heaven.
BMW slapped with discrimination suit by EEOC
Thu, 13 Jun 2013According to a report from CNNMoney, BMW has been hit with a lawsuit from the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission after revised criminal background check policies resulted in the dismissal of 88 contractors, 70 of whom (that's about 80 percent) were black. A total of 645 contractors were required to submit to background checks at BMW's facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina after BMW switched contract companies at its plant.
Though the 88 persons who were not rehired by the new contractor all had criminal records, that may not necessarily be a legal way to screen applicants, as the EEOC counters: "BMW's policy has no time limit with regard to convictions. The policy is a blanket exclusion without any individualized assessment of the nature and gravity of the crimes, the ages of the convictions, or the nature of the claimants' respective positions."
BMW's actions were in violation of the Civic Rights Act of 1964, according to the EEOC, because they utilized "a criminal conviction policy that disproportionately screened out African-Americans." A recent bulletin offering guidance from the EEOC on the Civil Rights Act can be found here, but the EEOC's stance on the issue has been the same for years: "Since issuing its first written policy guidance in the 1980s regarding the use of arrest and conviction records in employment decisions, the EEOC has advised employers that under certain circumstances, their use of that information to deny employment opportunities could be at odds with Title VII."
