Thank you for Viewing my Auction for a Rare 323ci Manual, with the Sports Package. Rare to find in a Manual.
Id like to start by opening with that the car runs very well without hesitation and with speed. Starts and runs on first turn of the key. This is my 3rd BMW to sell on ebay and this one is a Gem. The car belonged to a friend of mine from Hartsdale N.Y. who had purchased it from BMW and was the original owner. Well maintained locally. The high mileage was from trips to visit a girlfriend in Vermont however it runs as if it has 30k on it. The car is located in 18702 and can be driven anywhere and test driven. It has been my daily driver for a year since I purchased it and needs mainly small cosmetics. The pixels on the radio need to be fixed and the power door locks work for locking the car. The front right tire may need an alignment or ball joint and the scratches on rear bumper see pics. However these are all things to make it perfect. The Motor and Transmission are in perfect condition as well. No hesitation or leak and it gets about 23 miles per gallon locally and more on highway depending on how heavy the foot . Lastly the clutch was also recently done. Mobile one syntehtic every 3k. I also have the original wing from BMW that will go with the car. Interior leather dash etc I would rate a 8 out of 10. Exterior is still pretty sleek as well. 8 out of 10. Full sports package with 17inch stock rims and 245/40/17 continental sport tires. Full spare in trunk as well. I may have missed some extras.
The Extras:
Smoked Led Tail lights
Smoked Front Led side lights Never need to be replaced,
Hid 8000k Both Headlights & Fogs
Interior Front Floor Glove & rear have UV Led.
Every Personal light including the Visors in the interior are Led white bulbs.
Rear spoiler wing OEM
I reserve the right for the car also may sell locally ..
Come Test Drive in 18702 or contact me with any questions.
If the car sells via ebay a 500 deposit due via paypal upon Auction end.....

BMW says current M3 sold out, no new AWD M models planned
Mon, 06 May 2013Car and Driver asked the head of BMW M, Friedrich Nitschke, a few questions about what the go-fast division had in mind for the future, and was rewarded with some enlightening answers. The best news to purist ears is that Nitschke said customers don't want all-wheel drive on their M cars, so it's the rear wheels alone that will propel new product into the future. If you want both an M badge and four driven wheels, it's the X5 M, X6 M and M Performance models you're looking for in the catalog.
"Mixed bag" is the phrase you're looking for regarding the other answers. Nitschke said that future M engines "at the core of their architecture" would "be closer to BMW AG engines" that are optimized for M cars, instead of following in the line of unique marvels like the V10 and naturally aspirated V8. They will keep the high redlines, however, with Nitschke saying "there is room beyond" the 7,000 rpm mark in BMW's current V8 turbos.
Managing weight will keep the same priority for M that it is for every other brand, so electrically assisted power steering is coming, as is an "unconventional" materials mix. At the smaller end of the M scale, Nitschke described three-cylinder engines as "attractive," saying that the brand can produce more than 310 horsepower from a three-pot.
BMW V8-powered Ford Model A is the definition of Hot Rod
Thu, 20 Jun 2013Today, hotrodding has a pretty staid definition. Take one classic American car, add one classic American V8, sprinkle with tire smoke and you pretty much have every hot rod to roll out of a shop in the last 40 years. Mike Borroughs knows it wasn't always this way. Once upon a time, getting your bucket to go faster meant grabbing whatever parts were lazing about the yard, bolting them together with a bit of ingenuity and laughing your way down the quarter mile. It's in that spirit that Burroughs built his 1928 Ford Model A.
Rather than turn to the tired flathead or the common Chevrolet small block, Burroughs plucked a 4.0-liter V8 from a 1995 BMW 7 Series. With 300 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque, the engine has no trouble shuffling the old A around town. He had to build a custom chassis to get everything to cooperate, but the result is a 1,500-pound heathen that looks built to harass dry lake beds. You can check it out in the video below. Be warned, the soundtrack by Hanni el Khatib may not be safe for work - awesomeness of this caliber rarely is.
2014 BMW 4 Series Coupe images leak out
Fri, 14 Jun 2013Because embargoes were apparently made to be broken, images of the 2014 BMW 4 Series coupe have leaked onto the Internet ahead of the car's official debut thanks to Car Design News' Facebook page. As you'll recall, the 4 Series is the replacement for the outgoing 3 Series coupe, its nomenclature falling in line with the rest of BMW's lineup, where coupes and convertibles will be set apart from their sedan counterparts by one number.
As we can see in the photos, the 4 Series takes a lot of its design cues from the 3 Series on which it is based, but there's a lot more in the way of attractive body sculpting, and this production model stays true to the original 4 Series Coupe Concept that we saw at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.
We don't have official details to divulge just yet, but we can discern from the photos that the range-topping coupe will be the 435i model, likely powered by BMW's turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six from the 335i. There will no doubt be a 428i model with a 2.0-liter turbo-four underhood, and we expect BMW to offer its xDrive all-wheel-drive system on both models. Much like the 3 Series, a variety of trim levels will be on offer, including a top-spec M Sport trim that you can see painted in Estoril Blue here.
